  18.     The annex to v.34 (it's not v.34bis, it'll still just be plain old
  19. v.34 after the annex, just with a few changes) is supposed to be made
  20. official this March.  I don't have the exact date for the vote, but it
  21. shouldn't be long.  FWIW though, all the techincal aspects of the annex
  22. should be complete by now, it's just politics left..
